How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry that we are not able to accept return or exchanges for hygiene purposes. All sales are final. However, in the event that your goods are damaged, please reach out to us at hello@roseallday.co with your order number along with a picture of your damaged RADC purchase. We'll help you sort it out.
What’s your exchange and return policy?
All exchanges or returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order. Only damaged goods are accepted for exchange or return. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at hello@roseallday.co and we'll help you place the return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. But it really depends on your bank, please contact them for further details.
Returns via bank transfer are only available for Indonesian residents.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@roseallday.co and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered!
