We're sorry that we are not able to accept refunds and return or exchanges for hygiene purposes. All sales are final. However, in the event that your goods are damaged, please reach out to us at hello@roseallday.co with your order number along with a picture of your damaged RADC purchase. We'll help you sort it out.

All exchanges or returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order. Only damaged goods are accepted for exchange or return. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at hello@roseallday.co and we'll help you place the return.
