Shipping

Where does RADC ship?

RADC currently ships to Indonesia, Singapore and Australia only. We are currently working on shipping internationally and bringing RADC everywhere around the world. To our international girls: hit us up on IG @roseallday.co and let us know where you live!

When will my order ship?

Here's how it works: You order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm GMT+7 are processed the next business day). Then the courier should take 2-3 days to ship the item to you. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

I'm having trouble with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days register your shipment status. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. To track your box of Rosé, click here.
If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hello@roseallday.co or line us at @roseallday.co. We can give you the inside info.


How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact us, we will be happy to help, as long as your order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you can contact the courier yourself and see what they can do.

Help! My package is lost!

Once your package is with the delivery company, it has become their responsibility. We are not responsible for losses not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by the shipping company. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our terms and conditions.

I have a weird question and I want to talk to a person about it.

    How can I find out more information about a product?

    You can learn all about our products on their individual product pages. If you have any other questions or thoughts, let us know by emailing or contacting us by line.

    What skin types are RADC products suitable for?

    Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritating, paraben free, and alcohol free.

    I love samples! Can I have some?

    Do you test on animals?

    Absolutely not. We can't imagine anyone testing on our mascot - Pablo, our cute little Frenchie. Pablo does photoshoots with us and sits on our lap as we type all this away!

    Can I sell the products on my own site?

    Unfortunately, your purchase of RADC products is only for your personal use. By purchasing RADC products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

    Are your products safe?

    Yes of course! We would not make anything that we would not put on ourselves.

    Our products are registered in The Indonesian Drug and Food Control or known as Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan (BPOM). Do you know you can check if your beauty products are safe in their website?

    Billing

    When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payments via bank transfer.

    What can I do if my payment is declined?

    Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through:

    Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

    Is your card expired? Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.
