We believe that looking good, makes you feel good and when you feel good, you'll do good. And RADC believes that doing good is to inspire other women to be strong and passionate. We believe that all women can be a #bosslady at home and at work, whatever work is for you.

Together with five incredible women, we have partnered up with the Womanpreneur Community (WPC) to raise awareness that all women have the right to equal opportunity and that impossible itself means "I'm Possible". We have created a movement called FIVE and we hope that it could be a self-standing, revenue generating campaign.

Our special guests who have truly inspired courage in us, have created their very own lipsticks. All profit sales from the FIVE by Rosé collection will be donated to WPC to fund their outreach to all women across Indonesia, making sure that they get the chance to flourish in a new and sure future.
