Learn How to Get this Simple Go-To Look for Day and Night!
Hey, Grace here again!
Today I’m doing my friend Yi’s face for another fun Rosé look!
So this is Yi! She’s a pre-med student at NYU & also a beauty enthusiast! Her daily beauty routine consists of some false lashes (because falsies can actually take up so much less time compared to winged eyeliner!), foundation, brows & a pigmented lipstick! But today I’ll adding some Rosé flair Grace-style to her look!
I started off with the base & the brows. Here I used the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer as a foundation & the LT-Pro Smooth Corrector as a concealer. For the brows I used an angled brush and some dark brown powder by Bobbi Brown.
Next up: eyes! I used a soft brown eyeshadow shade & put that all over her lid before gently tapping some ‘Pop’ to the middle for that fun touch of pink!
Now on to the liner! One of the first things I noticed when I first met Yi was how ‘on point’ her winged liner was (At 9AM, during a Chemistry lab... I don’t know how she does it)… So I decided to incorporate that into this look! She did her own winged liner here with the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper (Black).
Then I took some more ‘Pop’ and added it to her cheeks – I love how cream products are just so quick & easy to use!
Because it’s finally spring here in NYC and the sun is finally shining, I added just a touch of the Make Up Store Bronzer in Amazone around her forehead and below her cheekbones for a natural, sun-kissed contour.
Next up: my favorite part! Lips! I added Clink to her lips here to just tie the whole look together!
Oh and for some glow (which I also love!) I added the Make Up Store Gleam Dream in Rose on top of her cheekbones, on the bridge of her nose. & the inner corners of her eyes.
P.S. Notice that bun? Yeah, she comes into every lab with hair that fabulous too! Goes to show that you can be a pre-med student and still have fun with hair & makeup!
